Whichor ("us", "we", or "our") operates the Whichor website and the Whichor mobile application (the "Service"). This page explains what information the Service handles, why, and the choices you have.
The short version: Whichor collects no personal data. There is no account, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking. Your discs, tracks and settings stay on your device.
Whichor keeps your discs, tracks and settings, and a count of how many times you have spun a disc, on your device. The Whichor widget reads your discs from the same place so it can show them on your Home Screen. This data is never sent to us. It is removed when you delete the app, and it may be included in your device backups, as Apple's backup settings decide.
If you choose Send Feedback in the app, it prepares an email to us with a few details at the bottom: the app version, device model, iOS version, locale, region, time zone and the app's language. You can read, edit or remove these details before sending, and nothing is sent unless you send the email yourself. When you do, we receive your email address, your message and those details, and we use them only to reply to you and to fix problems.
Ratings, reviews, purchases and downloads happen on the App Store, and sharing uses the iOS share sheet. Apple handles that information under Apple's Privacy Policy.
This website uses no cookies and no analytics. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, such as IP addresses and request times, to operate and secure the site.
Whichor collects no personal data from anyone, including children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has sent us personal information by email, please contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the new policy on this page and update the effective date at the top. Changes are effective when posted.
